Security Associates (Part-Time)

Part-Time Security Associate with tact, enthusiasm and courtesy to monitor the safety and security of guests, staff, and facilities in assigned areas of multiple venues.  Responsibilities may include surveillance and communications monitoring, access control, patrolling facilities, performing static posts and maintenance of security logs.  Assignments will vary within our venues.

Ticketing Services Coordinator

Provides sales and service support to patrons and rental clients as well as external and internal clients. Processes orders, sets up shows/events and performs administrative tasks relating to ticket processing, reporting and database management, including assembling report support material and updating event information, as needed. Assists with group sales and other daily ticketing operations.

Part-Time event based position for bartenders.  Experience in bartending required and must have a great customer service personality.  Evening and weekend hours required.

Communications Manager

Develops and implements publicity plans, public relations strategies and tactics that drive ticket sales and support Blumenthal Performing Arts’ branding objectives, using traditional and new channels of communication. Plans and implements publicity campaigns for events and major Blumenthal programs. Serves as local publicist for all shows and primary liaison with Show Press Agents. Maintains key media relationships, including bloggers as well as traditional media contacts. Oversees Blumenthal blog and works closely with marketing team to execute social media programs. Serves as Blumenthal spokesperson when appropriate. Plans and directs production of Blumenthal communications content, including written and video productions/press releases/website content. Ensures that all communications are aligned with Blumenthal strategies and are factually accurate and correct. Reports to the Vice President of Marketing.
